A veteran legal strategist and CPA, Mark brings more than 20 years of experience guiding corporate law, regulatory compliance, and business transformation across Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and technology start-ups.
Since joining Hyper in April 2025, Mark has helped navigate foundational legal and strategic priorities during a period of rapid transformation. His expertise spans corporate governance, M&A, technology transactions, and enterprise risk management. Over the course of his career, he has led legal teams through more than $3 billion in transactions, structured global compliance frameworks, and served as a trusted advisor across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Mark holds a J.D. and a CPA license and began his career in business and tax advisory services before transitioning into corporate law where he began his legal career at Kirkland and Ellis in Chicago. Based in Virginia, he continues to advise across legal, regulatory, and operational domains. His appointment underscores Hyper’s focus on strong governance, lasting resilience, and legal precision in an increasingly complex market.
