Hyper Expands Henrico County Operations with $2 Million Investment

[Richmond, Virginia – May 29, 2026] – Hyper has been recognized in a new announcement from Governor Abigail Spanberger, highlighting the company’s continued expansion in Henrico County through a $2 million investment in its operations and the creation of 56 new jobs in the region.

The announcement reflects Hyper’s growth as a U.S.-based digital infrastructure partner supporting the AI, hyperscale, and colocation markets. As demand for mission-critical power and infrastructure solutions accelerates, Hyper’s expansion in Henrico County further strengthens the company’s ability to design, build, deliver, and support solutions with greater speed, visibility, and scale.

This investment marks another step in Hyper’s broader growth strategy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing domestic digital infrastructure capacity, creating new opportunities in the Richmond region, and contributing to the local economy. It also reflects Henrico County’s continued momentum as a place where businesses can grow, families can thrive, and the next generation of critical infrastructure can take shape.

“Hyper Solutions’ expansion in Henrico County shows that digital infrastructure investments reverberate throughout Virginia’s economy and continue to bring new job opportunities to the Commonwealth,” said Governor Abigail Spanberger. “Virginia remains committed to working with local and regional partners to ensure that our workers and families experience the economic benefits that come with increased demand for power distribution solutions.”

“We are proud to continue growing in Henrico County and grateful for the partnership and support from the Commonwealth of Virginia,” said Hyper Solutions CEO Vladimir Gulkarov. “This expansion enables us to create meaningful jobs, strengthen local and national manufacturing ecosystems, and help position Virginia as a leader in the future of digital infrastructure.”

The announcement also included comments from Secretary of Commerce and Trade Carrie Chenery, Henrico County Board of Supervisors Vice Chair Misty Roundtree, Senator Schuyler T. VanValkenburg, and Delegate Rodney T. Willett, who spoke to the significance of Hyper’s expansion, Virginia’s business climate, and Henrico County’s growing role as a home for advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure growth.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership worked with Henrico County to secure the investment and will support Hyper’s job creation through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP).
