With over 25 years of experience across a range of industries, including pharma, power distribution, and mission critical market segments, he brings a wealth of expertise and a broad perspective to his role as a member of Hyper’s Executive Team.

Throughout his career, Franklin has demonstrated a talent for enhancing synergy among multifunctional teams, implementing sustainable processes and smart technology, and creating the foundation for operational excellence. Price

Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Price is the Chief Financial Officer at Hyper, bringing over 25 years of experience in business development and M&A across financial services, consumer and retail, technology, industrial, energy, and utilities. Before launching her consulting practice, she served as a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal and spent 14 years at GE, leading global business development across Energy Connections and directing multi-billion-dollar transactions, including the $2.6B sale of GE Industrial Solutions to ABB and integration of Alstom’s Grid business. Earlier, she held leadership roles in GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and GE China.

Prior to GE, Lisa spent nearly a decade in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, focusing on M&A in the industrial and energy sectors. She began her career with Freeport-McMoRan, overseeing operations and environmental programs.

Lisa holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Tulane University. She serves on Virginia Tech’s Chemical Engineering Advisory Board, is a Distinguished Alumna (2017), and was inducted into the Academy of Engineering Excellence (2021).

Christina’s diverse background, including manufacturing, finance forecasting, startups, divestitures, private equity ownership, public corporation ownership, and internal controls, makes her an indispensable asset. But what really sets Christina apart is her hands-on, collaborative approach. She understands the importance of building strong relationships at all levels and is always looking for ways to optimize every aspect of the business.

Christina’s well-rounded perspective enables her to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, while her ability to connect different departments and stakeholders creates a more cohesive and successful journey for everyone involved. Chris began his career at APC by Schneider Electric, where he quickly advanced from a sales representative to leadership roles within the Enterprise and Channel divisions. His leadership in these roles was marked by significant channel growth and strategic direction for the enterprise segment. At Schneider Electric, he managed a 100-member team overseeing the implementation of electrical infrastructure solutions in mission-critical data centers. Following his tenure at Schneider Electric, Chris held executive leadership roles in the Agtech and Augmented Reality industries, where he focused on market share and revenue growth.

His appointment at Hyper Solutions comes at a pivotal time as the company solidifies its position as a key player in the mission-critical infrastructure market. Chris’s proven track record of success and strategic vision are instrumental in driving revenue expansion, fostering strategic alliances, and steering Hyper Solutions towards unprecedented achievements.

He has served in senior roles at Schneider Electric, Smiths Group, and HID Global, where he developed scalable legal infrastructures and helped accelerate business growth through strong governance and risk mitigation. Richard’s impressive career spans 25 years and features an 11-year tenure as the Director of Northeast Service Operations at Schneider Electric, where he showcased exceptional leadership in managing service operations. Before embarking on his corporate journey, Richard served in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician on Submarines for Nuclear Reactors, highlighting his dedication to excellence and precision in critical environments.

In his new capacity at Hyper Solutions, Richard assumes the responsibility of overseeing all Service Operations for the deployment of Mission Critical Data Center Solutions in North America. With his extensive experience and strategic vision, Richard is poised to make significant contributions to the ongoing success and growth of Hyper Solutions in the dynamic digital infrastructure space.
